Mentorship
Someone a few steps ahead, walking beside you rather than in front.

What it is
Mentorship is an ongoing relationship built over time. We meet regularly, and I bring perspective, honest feedback and the lessons that only come from having been there.
It is less about fixing and more about accompanying: helping you see your own path, trust your read on things, and step into more of who you are becoming.
Who it is for
Women stepping into more: more leadership, more voice, more visibility, more of themselves.
Women in transition who want a steady presence through the middle, not just a plan for the ending.
What to expect
We talk about where you are, where you are headed and what support would help most.
Regular conversations, shared reflection and honest feedback, at a pace that fits your life.
As you change, so does the work. We adjust course as often as you need.
Format and pricing
Ongoing, by video or phone, on a rhythm we set together. We meet regularly and stay in touch in between as we agree.
How we begin
Mentorship begins with a conversation. We talk about where you are, where you are headed and what kind of support would help. From there I share what a working rhythm and investment would look like, based on what you need.
How to prepare
- Think about where you feel stretched, stuck or on the edge of more.
- Bring questions, not answers.
Why I offer this
I have been on both sides of mentorship, as the woman reaching for it and as the one offering it. I know what it is to be a few steps ahead and still figuring it out. That honesty is what I bring.
Questions
How is mentorship different from coaching?
Mentorship is a relationship built over time, with perspective and honest feedback from someone who has walked ground like yours. Coaching is more structured and goal focused. Many women start with one and add the other.
How long do we work together?
That depends on you. Some women want a few months, others a longer season. We check in as we go.
What does it cost?
It is based on your needs and how often we meet. We talk first, then I share the options so there are no surprises.
Is there a commitment?
We start with the conversation and shape it together. There is room to adjust.
Mentorship is a relationship, not a program. We shape it together, and there is always room to change it as you grow.
